Can any one give me the definition for such bench?

I wonder who or how this is going to be cleaned. Don't designers ever think about these aspects? How do you effectively clean someones vomit? Would it not make more sense to use a solid Plexiglas infill between the wood?

by swapping out 2 main components interesting alternative structures, can be derived.

I'm revisiting and messing with contouring, by revising the original script (which, I think, is a great way to learn grasshopper), but now I'm stuck!
Brep comp. substitution in the script works., Question! what keeps a Mesh comp. subsidization from not working?

I was hoping to give the abused Bunny a try, :)
no doubt it will probably to an hr to contour, on my trusty old computer!

Yikes its been a year, how quickly time passes!

Now I can answer my own question..... Learning can take its time :)Importing Meshes should now work!

Dear all,

is it possible to make the edges of the segments tilted, not straight like they are now?

also, in the file attached I was seeking a way to make a hollow structure, but from what I have now I cannot separate the breps to be subtracted from the breps including them.

Instead of extruding the sections, perform a solid intersection with boxes the same size as your contours like this:

The reason you would instead keep the sections with a uniform extrusion like the way you have it now is that it is much more truthful to how the final object may actually be constructed (probably milled on a 2.5-axis CNC mill).
