algorithmic modeling for Rhino

By default panels appear with the title, "Panel" and are quite large. Is there a way to change this? I thought making a resized panel into a custom component would work but it doesn't seem t. The two images below, first is the default and second is what I'm looking for 99% of the time. My usual is to just copy paste an existing, resized, untitled version of a panel and change its contents. This competes with my use of the double quote shortcut, ("content) to create the below panel.

The titles, at least, are because I have "display full names" on.

Yeah I know it's a bit fussy but it's one of those small things that I've just never solved..

You can create a user object which has a smaller size, but as you mentioned the Full Names display copies the object name into the username field, so it will override a null string that is the default.

Gotcha. So this is the same reason that sliders don't inherit names from downstream in Full Names? I remember when that was introduced and I thought it was clever but I learned in fullnames and I'm stuck there. Although I understand Full Names is more of a learning mode, I don't think anyone would forget that a panel was a panel or a slider was a slider. Perhaps they should be exceptions and inherit names from downstream.
