algorithmic modeling for Rhino

panel, angles

I have a geometry (lets call it a panel) that I am trying to reference onto points on a geodesic curve making up a gridshell. Ive got the geo on the points but the goal is to have the point of the panel facing outwards (as i've managed already) but also tilted at an angle corresponding to the curve. I just want the panels to follow the curve as if they were nailed onto it.

also i was wondering if anyone could help with adding thickness to the surfaces?

Yellow group; 'Offset Surface', 'Loft' two surfaces, brep 'Join' to get a "Closed Brep" (solid):
