algorithmic modeling for Rhino

packing rectangle with collision detection

So I've included an image of what I want to get to, but I'm stuck.  I've setup the definition to include the perforations that are going in the wall, but now I need to figure out how to pack rectangle so that they resemble that image and avoid intersecting the rectangles already in place.  Can anyone help?

I've split up the surface by extending the lines of the windows, is there a way to join a select number of adjacent surface to create the pattern i want. I've uploaded the new ghx.
