Overriding the HtmlHelp_Source() method to write a "help" page for each component

I would not recommend using the HTML_Source approach any more. We are ditching this way of providing help in the future.

In the meantime, just override the method, don't put in an additional 'internal'.

You may be able to mimic the old behaviour, but I don't have access to the source now and I can't work it out.
