is it possible to extract the origin point of a referenced rhino geometry?

Sorry I don't get the question. Is the origin not just the Origin?

in rhino you can chance the orgin point of an object. or I should better say: relocate the gumball.

I need to get that coordiante in my referenced gh object.

I would imagine you can do this through a Scripting component with Rhinocommon but II haven't seen anyone do it as of yet.

I think you should add this to the wish list for GH 2.0

OK, do you have any idea about which rhino command returns that information?

There is some sample code for adding a gumball here but I cannot see anything about changing origin (quick glance only)
