algorithmic modeling for Rhino
You can define a Plane with 2 (Plane Normal) and 3 Points (Plane 3Pt) and then use the Orient component.
Hi! William.
They were not written in C#. They had been generated by only using GH's basic component.
You can make cluster component like mine easily without C# or python coding.
these components are very useful, thank you so much!
Hi Hyungsoo,
Thanks for posting these clusters. I'm sure theyre gonna be super helpful. The orient 2pt seems to be password protected, though. Is there any chance you could send me the password to take a better look at the cluster? my email is mike.m.tingen (at) Gmail
Thanks again!
Check "this" thread.
I am new to grasshopper. I used the Orient 2 with success. I tried using Orient 3 and I have not been able to understand what I am doing wrong. Im attaching the file.

No, I am trying to orient a rhino curve drawn below. R1 and T1 do what i expect, but R1,2 dont align exactly to T1,2
I do not know why i loose the rhino geometry, I am also attaching that file.
Correction,
Reference 1 (R1) goes to Target 1 (T1) as i would expect.
Reference 2 (R2) and Target 2 (T2) dont do what i expect (T2 should connect at the point)
Reference 3 (R3) and Target 3 (T3) dont do what i expect, same as above.
I am new, I am sure i did something wrong. thanks for the help.
Jill
