It's always much easier to help and you're more likely to get help if you post your GH file along with any screenshots. We can't replicate your file when you have things like a mesh defined internally.
So the first thing I noticed was that your geometry (is it a panel?) wasn't centered on the origin. So Grasshopper assumed you wanted every panel to have the same offset. Here's what happens when I moved the panel in the x-y plane.
The next step you should do is to orient all your local panel planes so that they face in a direction you want. Right now, all your copied geometries are pointing in many different directions, so they don't line up.
The panels are still not lining up perfect, but that's a matter of better panelization tools. I recommend you try Kangaroo and Lunchbox. However, maybe you could provide some more description of what you're trying to do here. Then we could continue working to solve this!
