Orient Issue

hey everyone-

Ran into an issue with orienting panels to a curved facade.  I've gotten the panels to properly array to the points i have given but for some awesome reason, some of the panels are rotating themselves 90 degrees.  I imagine this has something to do with some weird geometry early on in the script but i have no idea why something like this would happen and in such a specific location.  You can see in the attached image that some of the panels are rotated horizontally.  All panels should be vertical rectangle.  Any insight into the issue is greatly appreciated as always.
