Orient atractor on surface

Hey guys!

Im new to grasshopper and tried playing around a little and got stuck...

I am trying to make a simple rectangle grid with an atractor point, which I than want to orient on a surface. 

When I manage to orient it on the surface it does really weird stuff! Way too many circles appear and there is no difference in circle radius clearly noticable anymore...

Anyone can advice me what to do?

Thanks, I just cant open it... Im working in GH 0.8, maybe thats the reason? And I cant downloas the new version of GH because my work doesnt allow us to download it... No idea why...

Yes, in order for this definition to work, you need the newest 0.9.0014 version of grasshopper for Rhino 4.
