The tricky part on that one is the plane preparation (especially if the "reference" curve is not planar). In the pic below both curves are non planar (the final orientation planes are not on display, but the re-computed perpendicular ones are):

Unfortunately the def shown is carried over solely via code and thus I guess it would be rather useless to you.
