order point in groups of four (panel points)

Currently have two curves parallel to each other(which were extracted from a surface) i have divided the curve and have vertices along each curve, i am attempt to organize or order the point in a group of four points so i can then place a four point facade panel onto the points later on......screen shots and grasshopper file attached ( setup rhino file in mm)
