Open/Closed Brep

Hello.

I have a problem with an evil set of curves that stops me from making closed breps for boolean operations. I have checked for coherent direction and they are all closed as you can see in the attached jpg.

In the large original definition the curves are all constructed in the same way, and behaves just as bad when baked and referenced in the attached def.

Am I missing something fundamental?

Hi Frans,

You can get the BReps to be closed if you rebuild the loft. See below:

You might need to play about with the count to see what fits best with your finished model.

Is there a theory behind this, or is it just erratic?
The whole surface normal, closed brep, boolean operations area of grasshopper is very blurry for me, does anyone know a resource for this?
