Open Excel from GH

Hi,

I can find many posts about data exchange between GH and Excel, but these various tools will work only if Excel has been open previously by the user.

Is there a way to order Excel to open from within a definition ?

This is mostly a matter of streamlining the interface os my tools, in addition to using Human UI.
