Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Oh dear.

"Server Application Unavailable" for the Online rhinocommon SDK documentation.

http://www.rhino3d.com/5/rhinocommon/

Which forces me to finally confront the issue I have been able to avoid until just now-  is there no other way to look at the rhinocommon documentation?  Perhaps there is some clever way to compile the RhinoCommon.XML sitting in the

Plug-ins>Grasshopper/rh_commong  folder into a readable format?

thanks for your help

We're using SandCastle and SandCastleUIBuilder (both free) to convert dll and xml files into proper CHM files. It's how I do it for Grasshopper. I suspect that's also how Steve builds that webpage. I've already informed Steve it's down, he'll probably fix it soon.

Yes, the link works.  Thank you.

But I'm glad I now have a way to access the documentation locally.  Just working out how to use Sandcastle now.

Thanks again

daniel

There is also this file for consulting the help file offline:

http://www.rhino3d.com/5/rhinocommon/rhinocommon.chm

but you need to right-click it and push unblock in the panel after the download. This file changes often.
