Offsetting from Segmented Curve not working in one direction

Hi, I'm trying to offset a Cylinder from a segmented curve. It is not completely working, I managed to get a few of the cylinders to be in the right height, however, I cannot get them to the exact place I want them to be.

Somehow segmenting the curve makes the curve segments 'face' up or down?

Also, I am not managing to get the cylinder to move in the other direction, I can only control 2 axis with the current setup.

In the Rhino file there is an example object I've drawn, everything works, except for the hole that needs to be placed on the vertical pin of the object.

I hope my explanation is quite clear.

I have included the GH file, the part that defines the cylinders in the vertical pin of the object is on the bottom of the Grasshopper file.

Hi Marinus,
I think you want to replace the Offset with a Move, then move in z direction. Then I did some more stuff to determin what the outward directions are. I don't feel like typing a lot, so... see image & attachment:)
