algorithmic modeling for Rhino

OffsetSrf in grasshopper (example image and ghfile attached)

Hi everyone, i'm stuck in doing offsetting in grasshopper (because its a brep)

i want to achieve something like offsetsrf in rhino 

here's the image of what i try to achieve

without brep join, i can offset the surfaces but its not connected.

however, what i;m trying to achieve is attached in the images and the brep cannot be offset :/

you have two options 

first using scale 

second : using Brep Plane section, and then using offset on the section curve, then reproduce the Brep again
