Offset Surface Direction of the offset

Hey guys...

I have to offset a cylindrical surface on the outside, but grasshopper is still offsetting it on the inside....on the input D I've connected a series of vectors in the right direction (towards the outside) but nothing changes....

 

what defines the direction of the offset? how can I change it?

Cool! thank you so much for your help Luca! I was trying to reverse the vectors I connected to the D input, but the D input just needs a distance actually...so it makes sense!
