Offset in Direction Perpendicular to Curve?

Hello fellas,

Im trying to make an offset of a 3D curve, normal to its mid point.

For some reason when I input that plane to the offset it does not work as expected.

It seems the offset is always done in x direction of the plane. I tried rotating the plane 90 but still same result.

I uploaded the definition if anyone wants to take a look.
