algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Offset Curve along Curve

Hi everyone,

I need to offset a profile curve on both sides of a given point along a rail curve. 

In the screen shot below, the two pink curves are the offsets I need to create in grasshopper at all the points along the bottom rail curve. (I modeled the pink curves in rhino just for demonstration purposes).

If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it!  I've also attached files for reference.

Quite probably(?) the attached is what you want.

Notify if you need to add some other capabilities/"options"

Added the purple group to 'Move' the 'Oriented' 'Pofile Curves'.  Could have moved the 'PFrames' instead if they work better to intersect something.

This one uses the moved 'PFrames' to get intersections with the lofted surface:
