algorithmic modeling for Rhino

number of points in U direction / number of points in V direction

hallo,

I am trying to figure out how to count only the points in the U direction ( as well in V direction ) from a Mesh. For instance if I have 9x6 mesh grid, how can i get the 9 (which is 9 points in U direction) and 6 ( which is in the V direction).

Meshes don't really have a U or V direction. Nor are the points necessarily ordered in a logical fashion.

ok, attached is an example. i am not able to get the number of points in x and y direction.

This works when the rectangular mesh are oriented to plane (of project comp.) The vb remove duplicates values.
