Number of Objects in Branches from a lopsided Data Tree

Param viewer's outputs would be "a list of paths" so, in your case, it will return "14"

Why don't you connect your list length component directly to output node of "Merge"?

Thanks, it works from the Merge. I am interested though, after David's comment below.. Why it is not picking this up from the Param-viewer??

Use Tree Statistics instead of the Param Viewer...this will give you the number of items in each branch.

List Length should work. What does it output?
