Normal Pressure action

I need some guide on solving this situation:

Allmost closed sphere shell suported by a basement, with liquid at no other presure inside than the liquid weight itself. (generated by gravity and mass) I don't know how to reproduce this on  Millipede cause I'm really learnig everything on the way...
