algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi All,
Looking for advice on how to perform something of the sort seen below. It involves an array of a member with variables in (a) + (b) that consecutively compound through (y) - so that the position of the fold increases in height through a revolution.
I work a lot in Revit but thought this a good opportunity to start learning a very interesting program. The least I am after is some vocabulary/terms to start researching where to start with a process like this. This is one study of many further complicated examples I need to develop.

Wow! Thanks Mohamed for the reply, conceptually that's what I'm after. Not sure if I understand the document though. Is there a way of doing it with a 'polar array' and changing the definition (x,y,z) of the control point at the fold / your helical curve?
