New floating viewport using RhinoCommon

Hi all,

How can I open a new floating Rhino viewport using RhinoCommon?

The issue is also addressed in this discussion but I'm not sure how should I deal with MRhinoView: (http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/set-camera-location-and-t...)

set floating to true;-)
