Multiple Planar Surfaces

Hi guys,
As you can see on the attached image, I have a series of straight lines defining triangles. I am trying to get surfaces out of it...might sound very stupid i m sorry:(
The usual "PlanarSrf" won't work as none of the lines are joined to oneanother to form closed curves.
I started doing the surfaces one by one (selecting three lines forming a triangle and typing PlanarSrf) which is hell.
I have no clue how I would approach this in GH...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
