algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with a list I need to obtain. Basically I want to get the list of points that have X values inside multiple domains, the problem is that I have 500+ points and 60+ domains.

I won't consider to do as many include as many domains I have and then use the "AND" command because it will take a lot of time, maybe you know the right way to do it.

this doesn't deal with the duplication of curves, or sort them in any way. If you want them grouped into the domains defined by the x values of the points you've supplied, you can do this:

But here, it seems that some (40) of your curves oriented along the Y axis get assigned to multiple domains (they lie precisely on the threshold between domains). And again, it seems that you've exploded a series of cells (which Peter has joined back together in his) and then have quite a few duplicate lines left over. There are some tools out there that deal with these (Kangaroo has a good remove duplicate lines utility, for example, or you could use Topoligizer, if you want to get rid of them). But even here, you have some issues where there are slightly different but still overlapping lines...

Thank you very much, that's what I was looking for! Don't worry for the sorting and the double line thing, I know but I just needed this. I tried as well to use the line direction and I wasn't able, now I see the solution!
