Multi level hoopsnake example (please help)

Dear Grasshopper enthusiasts,

I am trying to get my head round using hoopsnake at a multiple level of iteration.

To try and figure it out, I am using a simple exercise which consists in converting a curve into a polyline with a deviation tolerance.

I have managed to get hoopsnake to find the first line of my polyline by drawing a straight line at between curve evaluation points t0 and t1, and measuring the maximum distance between the curve and the straight line (see attached image). So hoopsnake stops when the deviation tolerance is met. Now I want to repeat this process so that it does it for the whole curve.

I have attached the rhino model (one single curve) and the hoopsnake script I developed.

Any ideas?
