Extend Curve may work for you. Lines can also be scaled to give shorter or longer lines.

but that's not what I want to do
I want to move a point along a line with a distance of 35 cm

Still using the Extend component try with a negative value. The "new" line's end point will be the points you require. Is this ok?

Otherwise there is the Evaluate Length component which if you set the N input to False and you will get points at a measured distance.

I Think you Looking for the Evaluate Length Component. Set the Normalised input to False other wise the Crv/s will be measured between 0 and 1.

 

If you want to get the length from the end point and not the start point you have 2 options, one is to flip the crv and the other is to calculate the Length of the crv and then subtract this from the length you want.
