Move points by attractor

Hello everybody, 

I have a lot of trouble by moving just points depending on attractors. 

The midpoints of the circles are my attractors. The closer the curve points are to the attractors, the more they should move into Z-direction. 

But in my case I got a creepy result...

I hope you can help me.
