more points at top less at bottom

The bare GH file without your referenced geometry isn't very helpful.

There are several approaches:

a) you can reduce the number of existing points like this: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/randomized-points-from-a-...

b) you can displace the points away from the end with a larger displacement near the end
