Just toying with Kangaroo, an expert would probably give a better solution.

No input should be needed, something is not working ? Kangaroo and Weaverbird should be installed.

I am not able to open this GH script on grasshopper 4.....please guide me

grasshopper 4 ? You mean grasshopper under rhino 4 ?

You need Kangaroo yes.

You have used kangroo for relaxatin i believe but why would we need weavebird...please guide
