 The Face of mesh is not the same as single mesh. The Face of mesh show vertices that made this face. You need to use ExplodeMesh component that shown in the tutorial.

Explode mesh doenst exist in grasshopper 0.9.0014...do you think may in combine to another command?

 Try to use after DeconstructMesh component ConstructMesh (graft face input and flatten mesh output).
