algorithmic modeling for Rhino

missing points

Dear All - I am trying to select particular points along a set of curves, but for some reason, some points don't seem to be listed & I can't figure out why (and consequently don't know how to select them). I have attached a sketch to clarify what I'm talking about. I have managed to select every other point that I need (1,9,16,23) but not the rest of that type. Any help gratefully received!

You're dispatch component is removing those points I think.
