Missing faces in Mesh from Brep (MeshMachine)

Hey everyone,

Anyone else encountered this error while attempting to create an equilateral mesh with Kangaroo 0.099's MeshMachine?

1. Solution exception:Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

Parameter name: index

Script is attached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
