Er .. hmm ... took the liberty to "slightly" modify your def (was a "bit" dizzy, he he).

Is this what are you after?

BTW: what is the final goal? a tensegrity truss? (if yes, what type?)

BTW: ALWAYS use Relative Items for that type of stuff.

Added some cable "options" (NOT a tensegrity truss ... yet, he he).

Added some portion from a very old demo for a friend (He uses solely code these days) with regard MERO type of struts.

Yes I'm trying to construct a tensegrity model and this was my first attempt at Grasshopper. Thank you for your help.

 I didn't know about the different types of the tensegrity truss, do you have any example?
