algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everyone, are there any musicians/VBprogrammers on the GH forum? Because I'd love to be able to control my GHsliders via my MIDI keyboard. I got 16 assignable buttons on my E-MU Xboard, so I would really like to be able to right click any slider and choose "assign controller" and just move the knob I'd like the slider (or an alternative component) to be assigned to. Does anybody know how to pogram this? It might even be possible to assign some keys to switch a chosen boolean value or enter numbers. This would be great!

Thanks for your cooperation David, I'm trying to get my head around all this, but I think it's going to take me a while. I'm also going through the documentation of my Lexicon Lambda to see if I need (another?) virtual MIDI port. My Xboard is currently only connected to my pc via usb, maybe an actual MIDI cable between the XBoard and the Lambda could make things a bit easier... or? Whish me luck, or better yet: insight ;) Cheers.
