mid point between points_List/split/reverse/divide??? HELP

Hey a,

The thing I'm trying to do sounds easy, but it's a bit messy... (I actually had it, but for some reason my grasshopper won't save, I think I need to delete it and reinstall it, anyways)

I have 2 sets of curves (exploded & brep) that overlap, and I have the points at the

intersections of these points (ccx) and I want to find the point in between these points.

If I make a polyline, I get one continuous line, and I think I need a separate line between each point so I can divide it? The point is to get the radius for a circle whose diameter is the distance between the two points, or intersecting curves. I hope that makes sense.

Me and Ghopper are just getting to know eachother:)

Thanks

If I understand what you are after, all you really want is the midpoint between two points, right? Everything else is superfluous. Try this ...

Otherwise, it would be easier to help if you posted your definition.
here's what I have

does that mean i have to make a tree to extract every point? right now all the points are defined by the places they meet on the two lines, and are all selected by one point

and this is sort of working, except there are giant circles at the vertice I would like to get rid of

This DOES NOT actually do what I want it to do
It won't save!? What happens when you try to save?

it said there was an operational problem and then it said "document not saved", and when I closed the program, the dialoge box came up with the unsaved documents (checkmark disk thing) but when I'd hit the disk, it would say, "document not saved..."
It seems to be working okay now, I'm thinking it wouldn't save the definition if there was any red widget or error. I'll keep my fingers crossed
Actually, I just opened a definition I did yesterday, and it was a copy/paste of part of another definition.... that part saved, but the changes i did to it didn't. grrr.
I am now installing a newer version of grasshopper, and hopefully it fixes my problems, and will still allow me to use my definitions
If you have a number of steps that lead to an unsaveable file, please let me know. Saving is the single most important function of any software so if there's a bug we need to find and fix it.
