algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello, can anyone help me with a clever way to generate the seam lines of "zero charge" in the attached metaball diagram?  The metaballs are generated with the standard component, and the streamlines are generated using [uto]'s flowL plug-in.

Thanks!

I believe that the reason the streamlines appear "incorrect" is because the flowL plugin that generated them asks for startPoints for the streamlines, for which I just divided one level of metaball curves.  So the startPoints are equally distributed around the metaballs, and not "weighted" as they would be according to electrostatics, when they all start at the point charge.

I have very little knowledge of scripting outside of Grasshopper, however, I developed a method to locate the critical points based on finding the minimal values of charge/r^2, although I am not sure of the accuracy.  Also, when I plug the heights of these points back in for contours, I just get another set of equipotential curves.  Should I be generating the mesh using a different Line_Option?
