Metaball Mesh

Hello,

I have two different groups of metaball curves (Labelled "Metaball Curves" in the attached file) but am struggling to make a mesh out of these for 3D printing.

I've tried the ExoWireframe component but that failed even after converting the curves to lines. The Weaverbird WeaveBack component didn't work either.

I've looked at definitions such as the one here (http://www.grasshopper3d.com/profiles/blogs/marching-cubes-curve-wr...) but these seem very different and more complex than I want to do.

Is there any way of creating meshes from metaball curves? Thanks!
