Mesh Union Problem

You are feeding a set lists with one or two meshes one mesh cannot union, the two meshes don't itersect.

Flatten the input of the union if you want to union all meshes into one.

I don't understand what you mean.  There are 36 meshes, 10 intersect 26.  Flattening didn't help

Um yeah, your meshes aren't closed because the pipes aren't closed. Union will not work with open meshes. Use Cap component to create closed solids before you mesh.

Try to use Mesh WeldVertices component from Mesh tab and change the tolerance if needed(and flattening)....
