Mesh Ray problems

I´m trying to use the mesh ray component with a delaunay mesh, but it behaves a bit randomly. I think it´s due to the size of the mesh but there is no calculation time, the rays just miss the mesh even though they shouldn't.

can you post a mesh and a ray that fail so I can test it?

I think I will just attribute this to a lack of sleep on my part. My referenced points had jumped away from xy-plane and so the rays were actually missing the mesh. 

 

Sorry for poor bug control!
