Mesh IsPointInside always returns False

Any update on this ?

Still the same problem in the latest Rhino 5 wip.

Is it a reproducible error or just me ?

If this did work it could allow the fairly easy addition of mesh/mesh collision in Kangaroo like a few people have asked for.

It's definitely busted. Not sure yet what or where.
