Merging two values into a point??

Hi

I need to merge the value from a number slide, for instance 10, and then another number, 0, into a point (10,0). I have tried the combine and the merge function but it is either shown as a list or just as 10.0 .

The purpose is to make a wall, where you can use the number slider to determine the width of the material. The next material is then going to start from the end of the value of the number slider. The wall is then uploaded into THERM.
