algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I am using a sensor that Measures Weight at a unpredictable time interval. It records the number of seconds passed from the "start" and the given weight.

I would like to merge this data tree with my another set of Data that is a record of seconds passed since the start... there is a new entry every 1-3 seconds.

In other words, I would like to  Merge a WeightValue with My Main Time Data when the Weight Sensor Time Matches the Main Time... (or round Down if the Time isn't an exact Match)

I have been messing with the Similarity component in order to create a booleanPattern for Dispatch, but I am having difficulty with cross referencing values.

This doesn't feel like a clear description of my problem, but  it is a start.

Anybody that wants to look at the File or give suggestions is very appreciated.

Thanks for any advice.

There is probably a better way, but this is what I got to work for my needs.  Thanks to Andrew H and his HDT treefrog utilities.

For others learning out there... the Integer components are needed for the Find Similar Members to work correctly for my situation otherwise they are viewed as strings- not integers.
