Matsys - Voronoi Morphology reverse engineering

HI all,

I am trying to reverse engineer a case study for uni assigment : 

Matsys Voronoi Morphologies 

I am getting an error message from one of the components (loft) , definition attached . 

1. Solution exception:Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index

I am not sure what it meant and where is the original source of error that propagate into loft component. 

Can someone help me troubleshoot my definition or recommend a better way to do this?

 You can use Boundary surfaces, Check the attached file。

Thank you so much for that. I will study the definition. I needed a bit more random distribution that also include culling those on the wall boundary.
