Matching Lists?

Hi everyone

I have been trying to pick specific points on a list and connect them with a polyline.

it is a OSM data and i am using Elk.

I would like to know what is the way to connect the point ( marked in red) and be able to pick each branch separately.

Try to use "Split Tree"(Sets-->Tree-->Split Tree)+Polyline.
