Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

dear friends,

what could be a way to match the starting point of many curves?

i tried rebuilding them both in and out of grasshopper but that didn't solve the problem.

cheers,

ognek.

Hey Ognek,
why don t you use a curve closest point to sort your lists?
cheers
hi arthur,

thanks for the reply.
i tried this in the beginning but couldn't figure out what the best 'base curve' would be.
as you can see in the image there are multiple curves i'd like all the first points to be vertically aligned. any suggestions?

cheers,
ognek
Hi Ognek

Not a GH solution but if you are wanting to use the input curves from Rhino try running the CrvSeam Command in rhino to align all the curves before you reference them into GH. No rebuilding of any curves required at any points.

Hope this helps

Matt

can this be done in grasshopper -- maybe script?

cheers,
ognek.
