Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi Grasshopper Community,

I have divided a three dimensional space using the octTree function and I am trying manipulate the Algorithm so that each box will have a series of listItems = 1 to 11. By doing this I hope to be able to duplicate the pattern that I have already generated (with items 1 to 11) within every box in the octTree.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards

So you're looking to put the same shape (or collection of shapes) into each box of the OcTree output?

Great, Thanks you so much for the tip. I think I've got it now :-)

Yes. I need the type of shape that I have generated in the one box to be replicated in each of the other boxes. And, like this original pattern, I want them to be based on the curves generated by their individual box within  the OcTree.

In my head i thought that would be easiest if the border of every box had a list value of 0-11 and then the last part of my algorithm would be replicated instantly in every box.

I just realised I failed to upload the original Rhino File. Sorry about that, Please see attached.

Regards
