Manipulating List of Points to Join with Lines

Hello, Im resorting to asking for help, because no matter how much I try to think of ways, Im not able yet to solve complex data problems to specifically achieve what I want. I hate that fact, but its the truth.

Anyways, I have some points, and want to join them with lines, but in a specific order.

As the points move in the x axis 1 unit I also want them to move 1 unit in the z axis.

Like this: 0 with 0, 1 with 1, 2 with 2, etc
